Have concerns me now with the Chapter III and got stuck in the FN64, which reads as follows: Save "We here in anticipation already, wins that this time method for receiving redundancy and variety in modern times, more important, because the naturale protection of redundancies on necessities and impossibilities more and more must be abandoned, while the uncoordinated irritability social communication, so variety is increasing. My question now is what is here with "natural hedging" could mean? as merely the mention of day or night meant, or is there more to it?
